Clubgolf - Junior Coaching Programme

Clubgolf is a partnership between the Scottish Executive, PGA, SGU and sportscotland and the aim of clubgolf is to introduce golf to every child by the time they are 9 years old.

The initial 6 week clubgolf programme was introduced to Hawick’s primary 5 pupils around Easter, following that we had 7 interested children who signed up to further coaching sessions with ourselves, this will involve 40 hours of coaching over 2 years.

We have 4 qualified PGA coaches in place for the start of the programme. One to one coaching is available if required.
