Prostate Cancer Awareness Tartan Golf Day

Hawick Golf Club is hosting a ‘Cancer Awareness Tartan Golf Day' in aid of ‘Prostate Cancer’.

This competition is to compliment the very successful ‘Breast Cancer’ day (run this year on the 7th October), which is run by the ladies section, and has raised a lot of money for that worthy cause.

‘Prostate Cancer’ is less well known and publicised, hence our Captain, Gerry Monaghan, would like to raise the awareness of this deadly disease, by offering a fun golf day at Hawick Golf Club.

Entries

All entries are by donation only on the day.

The only stipulations are:
1. That the donation to play, should be no less than £5,
2.That you wear a piece of Tartan (all clans accepted, and especially all Bay City Roller fans welcome !)

The Competition is a ‘Stableford’ format.

Prizes

Prizes: As this is for charity, and a fun day out, prizes will be will be minimal, but nevertheless some interesting prizes have been donated.
